- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom;
- Europe (zone EUR2): €8.99/€16.50 and orders for and over €75 are free of delivery costs;
- Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Faroe Island, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City;
- USA/Canada: €10.00/€25.00 and orders for and over €150 are free of delivery costs;
- You should receive the order between 3 to 28 days from the shipping date (depends on destination country).
- First, contact us at: email@example.com to inform us about return;
- You have 14 days from the day you receive the parcel to send it back without a reason;
- We accept return of products that are undamaged, unused and in the original package;
- The refund will be made as soon as we receive the product back (no longer than 7 days);
- Discounted and outlet products are not available for return.
