Payment methods

We use following payment methods:

  • Belfius Direct Net
  • EPS (Austrian banking)
  • Giropay (German banking)
  • iDeal (Dutch banking)
  • ING Home’Pay (Belgium banking)
  • KBC/CBC Payment Button (Belgium banking)
  • Bancontact (Belgium banking)
  • PayPal (Worldwide)
  • Credit Card (Worldwide)

Delivery times

We send ordered products from The Netherlands within 3-5 working days (ready-to-ship products) or up to 3 weeks (custom made products).
We use PostNL/DHL (prices below, lower ones are without Track&Trace) to send parcels and usually you should receive your order during 7 working days (depends on the destination). It might be up to 28 days for USA. Bare in mind that during extremely busy periods such as holidays or Christmas, the sending and delivery might take longer.

Delivery costs

Current delivery costs vary and can be seen in the basket.


It is possible that you are not satisfied with your order. If so, the following policy is to be followed by both parties. Please, contact us first at: There’s a cool down period of 14 days to return a product without a reason, which starts on the day you’ve received your product. We can only accept returns when the products are undamaged, unused and in the original package. We will refund all payments made by you, including the delivery costs for the item(s) within 7 days counting from the day we receive the return. For your refund we will use the same payment method as used by you at the original order, unless we both agree otherwise. The refund payment is free of charge.
NOTE: The returns of discounted and outlet products are not possible. So are the custom made products from Make Custom Order section.
